with lots of hand made Spencer & Spencer pottery on the walls and even Lilly Pulitzer fabric throw pillows. Dimmer switches on the lights to set the mood in the
evening. We have not overlooked any utensil in the kitchen and of course a sturdy blender for
tropical nights overlooking the ocean and enjoying the pelicans accustomed to their evening ritual of flying in
formation feet from the porch as they go down the canal searching for bait fish. Spotlessly clean and impeccably furnished. High speed internet cable.
Your own private 34'seawall/boat dock, davits and fish cleaning station, with deep water access
directly to the ocean or bay next to the Kemp Channel Bridge on Cudjoe Key. (the pictures of the fish on this website are caught off of the
dock and the lobster just 10 minutes by boat.) Gated private community with 80 foot heated shared pool, large kiddie pool, salt water
swimming area, marina, deli market, small post office, 2 lighted tennis court, basketball, bocci courts, ping pong,
and two large boat ramps and full service marina.
